Data Integrated Ground System
Automate your gold leaching circuit with the Data Integrated Ground System (DIGS)
An system that measures:
- Gold Concentration
- Slurry density
- Carbon Concentration
- Slurry pH and Density
- Gold Loading on Carbon
- Gold in Circuit Sampling
- Cyanide Concentration
- WAD Cyanide Concentration
The only one stop solution for comprehensive monitoring and control of the CIL circuit.
Gekko proudly announces the launch of its robust cutting-edge Data Integrated Ground System, changing the way gold leaching circuits are monitored and controlled.
This system, developed in collaboration with world-class researchers from CSIRO and Curtin University over 15 years, will be essential to automate a gold leaching circuit.
The newly developed fully integrated System seamlessly incorporates technologies, including the Gekko Carbon Scout, Gekko OLGA, Cyanide Analyser, and Neon (real-time data analytics platform).
The real-time insights obtained through this system enable metallurgical professionals to make informed decisions, optimise processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Robust and simple one-stop shop
- Essential to automate / analyse
- Real time gold measurement addition
- Developed with world class researchers
- Unique, patented technology at the heart of the system
- Developed over the last 15 years
- Reconcile your recovery
The Data Ground Station integrates the Carbon Scout, OLGA, Cyanide Analyser & Neon to measure/monitor/control up to 10 process parameters.
Neon is an equipment optimisation platform available online or through your phone, tablet or desktop. This allows for real time data analysis and event monitoring, showing you what you need to see and when you need to see it.
Accessible from anywhere and anytime. This increases the plants efficiency, safety, and stability through timely accurate analytics.
The OLGA – or online gold analyser – is a flagship product for Gekko’s real-time data instrumentation division and operates alongside other key products such as the Carbon Scout to assist in measuring the recovery of gold real-time in gold processing plants.
The OLGA has at its heart the world-first proprietary “Golden Eye” lens technology developed and designed in Australia’s pre-eminent government-funded CSIRO research laboratories. This cutting-edge component measures gold grade in slurries and solutions combined including low grade slurry streams down to as low 0.1ppm. Other elements are also measured including copper, silver, platinum, and nickel. The multiplexing feature will allow for up to four streams within a processing plant to be assessed for gold grades.
The Carbon Scout is a self-contained, ground-level sampling system that measures carbon concentration, as well as pH, DO, and more recently has an option to measure gold loading on carbon using XRF technology on an hourly basis.
Optimising the Carbon Scout for site conditions allows for more accurate, reliable, and repeatable measurement of the carbon inventory of the CIL circuit. Automating data collection and process actions such as carbon transfer reduces operator risk exposure and person-hours (previously dedicated to the manual data collection tasks).
