Pre-concentration technology wins 2015 CEEC Medal

Gekko continues to expand InLine Leach Reactor installation base

Gekko Systems is expecting to commission an InLine Leach Reactor ILR10000BA at the Alamos Gold – Mulatos Project in Mexico in early 2015. This unit will expand the leaching capacity at the site following the installation of an ILR5000BA as part of a Gekko crushing, gravity, leaching and electrowinning circuit in 2011. Download File

Gekko’s Chairman leads Australian mission to PDAC with Trade Minister Andrew Robb

Gekko Systems will again have a booth at the PDAC conference. This year is an exciting year, with Elizabeth Lewis-Gray, as Chairman and Managing Director, leading a trade mission to PDAC with the Australian Minister for Trade and Investment. Gekko Metallurgical Lab continues to perform

Reflecting the market’s interest in pre-concentration flowsheets, the laboratory and process flow design teams have had a strong year to date in 2014/15 and this is expected to continue. Gekko graduate intake a success

Gekko made a significant investment in 2013 taking on a number of graduates who are now making excellent contributions to the business. News from CMP - Report by Sandy Gray, Technical Director

This year CMP was somewhat subdued with numbers reported to be down from their all-time highs a few years ago. There was a strong contingent of suppliers with a diminishing number of mine site-based attendees. That being said, the papers presented were of a very high quality, with the peer review process of the CMP organisation ensuring the papers do not revert to straight advertising style propaganda.
